Guittard White Ribbon Pastel Coating 50lb (Special Order)

Pastel Ribbons are shaped in thin, flat strips for easy handling and melting. They are convenient confectioners' coatings, ideal for dipping, molding, and decorating. They harden quickly for a superior glossy appearance. White ribbon is vanilla flavored. Pastel ribbons are recommended for dipping candy, cookies, fruit, cake pieces and for fondue.

 Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey, nonfat milk, mono and diglyceride and soya lecithin emulsifiers, natural and artificial flavor, artificial color (yellow 5 lake).
