Introducing Deodorized 376 Blocked Cocoa Butter, a premium-grade product packaged in a convenient 55-pound block. 

This is an ultra-refined cocoa butter. This butter is white to a very light tan, and has almost no cocoa butter smell. All versions of cocoa butter will perform the same way in your formulations, they will all just have a slightly different smell and color to them. Please note that deodorized cocoa butter does not mean absolutely no odor. It means a faint to no odor. Every batch will be slightly different and this is a high quality deodorized cocoa, not a stripped version that no longer has any of the cocoa benefits.
